Our house

Steph, this post is for you! Here are the promised pictures of my house. The boxes are slowly being emptied. I still need to get some shelves and organizational items so that I can unpack and organize a little bit of those last items.

Here is what you see when you walk in my front door.

Here is the dining room and my third table. They have had to replace parts of it and finally the whole thing. But I am happy now. I am generally not a complainer, but the leaf in the table was broken when they delivered the first one. SO they brought me a new leaf and it did not match the table. Today, they just brought me a new table. Long boring story, sorry!!

Happy Mother's Day to me!! Here is my hutch/buffet that I bought from Maris for me :). My china looks great in it and I love it. I'm not a very good decorator, so don't look at everything else around it!!

Liza's messy room, but I love the PURPLE!! You can't tell, but her little curtain is so cute!!

Liza's bathroom. I love the pink and green. I made the guest room pink and brown since I couldn't talk Liza into it for her room, and Maris would not let me make our room pink. Anyway!


So we were thinking of going to the Rough Riders game tonight, but of course it has now started to rain. We are going instead to see Harry Potter. Liza doesn't want to go. Oh well. I do things I don't want to do all the time ;). Tomorrow we are going to go bowling with some people in our ward. Hey, Heidi, remember Fred from SLCC? His sister lives in our ward here and has a daughter Liza's age. His sister-in-law was in the PTA in Farmington, too. It's a small, small world!!!

Tyler will be 12 in 3 1/2 weeks. Wow!! I am going to be a mother of a child who goes to Young Men's. Impossible! So anyway, my Mom and Morgan and Maris' Mom are all coming to visit. We are excited to see them!! I was talking to my mom today to get details figured out. :) I am happy.
