K'nex update
Apparently, I was correct in originally assuming that K'nex and Parker would not necessarily get along. Parker likes for things to come easily, or it is not worth it to him. And why not, everything else has always come easily and if it doesn't, why bother? So,
Ferris Wheel:Fun,
Roller Coaster:Not so fun.
He said tonight that he wishes he could just take it back to the store and get his money back. Oh well, he still likes the RipStik.

2 friends are talking:
Parker sounds like my oldest son (who is almost 9). Most things come easily to him and the things that don't he doesn't do anymore. My younger son has loved his Lego sets and will really stick it out. He's good with his hands and has patience. Now I'm just wishing that they both had something like the RipStik, so they'd stop spending so much time inside with the Wii.
Andrea Parker is half Udy, you can't deny genetics. Our family's coat of arm says If Something Is Hard- Give Up! It's in latin though, so my translation is rough, but let's face it-those are words to live by. Cross Into the Blue!
